On May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time, OYH’s Brazil Production, R&D and Logistics Base completed its first trial batch of one-component waterproof coatings and bonding agents. The milestone marks an important step in strengthening OYH’s local production and supply capabilities in Latin America.

The first batch met all required specifications, and customer orders have already been received. After testing is completed, the products will be delivered to customers for trial application.

The successful trial run marks an important step in OYH’s efforts to strengthen local production and supply capabilities in Latin America following its acquisitions in Chile and Brazil. It is expected to improve the company’s responsiveness to market demand and service capabilities across the region, while supporting the rollout of its three strategic priorities in Latin America: M&A, trade, and local manufacturing.

Located in Jarinu, São Paulo State, the Brazil Production, R&D and Logistics Base is designed as an integrated hub for manufacturing, warehousing, and R&D, and includes a high-bay warehouse and a dedicated laboratory. Since the site was officially handed over on August 2, 2025, the project has progressed efficiently with support from OYH’s Construction and Development Department, reaching initial operational status in mid-May 2026. The base is expected to be fully operational by the end of July 2026, with commercial-scale production capacity across a broad product portfolio.

Once fully operational, the base will further strengthen OYH’s manufacturing footprint in Latin America, broaden its product offering, and improve supply reliability. It is also expected to shorten delivery times and reduce overall logistics costs, enabling OYH to serve customers in Brazil and neighboring markets more effectively while supporting its continued expansion in South America.
