The Padma Bridge Railway Link Project is the largest railway project under the “Belt and Road Initiative” between China and Bangladesh, and it is also the largest infrastructure project in the history of Bangladesh in terms of scale and investment, as well as the “Two Excellencies” project financed by the Chinese government under construction. 

After the completion of the project, it connects the northeast and southwest of Bangladesh through the Padma Bridge, which will greatly improve the existing transportation situation in Bangladesh and promote regional connectivity and national economic development.
